The federation has been conducting educational seminars every month wherein we highlight various important issues related to society matters. VTHF organizes various educational Seminars, Meetings, Workshops, one to one consultancy on various Housing Societies related topics like Conveyance, Re-Development, Stamp Duty Amnesty Schemes etc for the benefit of the office bearers and the members living in co- operative housing societies. The federation has been formed mainly to assist the Co-operative Societies and its Office Bearers of the societies, to smoothly run the day-to-day affairs of the society under the provisions of MCS Act, Rule and the model Bye-laws.
The federation is registered and established on 25th August 2011 under the hands of Deputy Registrar, C.S., Vasai. Vasai Taluka Co-operative Housing Federation Limited (VTHF) is a registered federation under the Maharashtra Co-operatives Act, 1960 and the rules made there under.
